As stated in other reviews, the book format itself hampered this collection It reprints magazine sized comics in smaller digest format, which leads to text pieces almost too small to read and much loss of detail to the art That being said, I am reviewing the content itself without the limitations imposed by the format.I love the anthology format, and Morbius has always been a favorite I ve also enjoyed the articles muchthan I have thought However, the overall quality is down in this vo As stated in other reviews, the book format itself hampered this collection It reprints magazine sized comics in smaller digest format, which leads to text pieces almost too small to read and much loss of detail to the art That being said, I am reviewing the content itself without the limitations imposed by the format.I love the anthology format, and Morbius has always been a favorite I ve also enjoyed the articles muchthan I have thought However, the overall quality is down in this volume compared to volume 1 with some very silly stories that go beyond camp and into ridiculousness Art is still nice for the most part, and still an entertaining read

Black and white horrorI used to read these in the seventies even though I was too young The tales of morbius are amusing now The depictions of curvaceous women and purple prose seems a little silly Some of the attitudes are quite old fashioned.
