    I found this book informative and somewhat helpful for my chronic neck and shoulder issues There are certainly scientific books out there on yoga and pain but this one is probably accessible to those without a scientific backgroundI found the sample routine helpful though I would have liked a little hand holding on how to pare it down to a length readily incorporated into everyday living Overall though I'm glad I've read it and I may decide in the future to add it to my own library of yoga titles At the moment I'm fine with the notes I took while reading it
