eeehhhh this book is okay it is not written for your average middle class new mom in my opinion for example she talks about how she hired a nursenanny to help out when they first brought the baby home they ended up keeping someone similar for the weekends for almost the first year of her new baby's life what??? there is some information in there that makes the book worthe renting from the library and skimming when you have a few spare minutes

I was excited to read this I thought it might give me some motivation to start running again and it had a cute cover but Dana Wood is living a completely different life than me She talks about baby nurses Harry and David's organic fruit of the month club cosmetic surgery weighing 89 pounds etc Found very little I could apply to my own much average life

  3. Ellen C Ellen C says:

I stopped reading after she recommended we all hire nannies Oh How dumb am I? Now I see my life as a mother would be so simple if I would just hire a nanny Why didn't I think of that? I just couldn't find her relatable to my life as a mother and therefore all of her advice was not applicable to my day to day
