My favorite part was when Sophie wasn't a prisoner any and was staying with Lady Theo and Luc My least favorite part was when Luc got injured and when Mrs Bates caught Sophie and tried to take her away from Lady Theo who was trying to get her father out of prison

  2. Courtney Courtney says:

12 year old Sophie Mallory comes from a family with a history of rebelling agaisnt British authority Her brothers embrace this mentality Sophie and her father however have actually been to Britain and have a different view of things from her brother's hate This sets them against her brothers and their families Things get worse between them when her fathers' fiancee Lady Theodosia comes from England to their home When Sophie's cousins are discovered to be bullying her Lady Theo makes the decision to have sophie accompany her to Lower Canada when she goes to visit with a friend and attend a party there However things take a turn for the worse when the French settlers start a rebellion against the British and Sophie and Lady Theo are taken prisoner
