There are some grammar and word usage issues as well as some character dialogue that seems stiff and odd A good editor could help but it was not too distracting either I like Nate and like that he is a capable ex military cop but often chooses not just to shoot Karma seems to work well for him It does seem unrealistic that he would constantly run into so many old friends he encountered on the way to Texas I also like that the main reason they have to flee their homes is not because of overw There are some grammar and word usage issues as well as some character dialogue that seems stiff and odd A good editor could help but it was not too distracting either I like Nate and like that he is a capable ex military cop but often chooses not just to shoot Karma seems to work well for him It does seem unrealistic that he would constantly run into so many old friends he encountered on the way to Texas I also like that the main reason they have to flee their homes is not because of overwhelming bad guys but a mass of displaced refugees that have no where else to go and there are too many to handle It is sad but a nice change from so many baddies

A Very Fine ReadGood characters with great plot twists I liked the tying together of characters from book one into book two This is a different collapse as the financial sectors implode then enemies take advantage The author does not travel Wyoming much because he missed Casper and Douglas then was magically transported to Sheridan area Wyoming is a large state with many miles of road Can not wait for the next book

Enjoyable readThough the story is good, I found the overly precise speech of the characters to be frustratingly distracting The constant use of almost formal speaking and sometimes awkwardly inserted emotional bits were detrimental to the book, hence the three star rating.

This was a really good read and I enjoyed it very much The character interaction was excellent and the generosity of the American spirit is well done.I don t know if this is the last book for the series, but if another one comes out, I ll be sure to read it.

This book needs a good editor The story was good, but the grammatical errors were so numerous that it was distracting The book would greatly benefit from a good editor.

Excitement ga ore at every turn of the page In the back of the mind I think many feel the need to prep for possible bad times such as in this book.
