    I enjoyed going through this cookbook Many recipes seemed doable for me, a low maintenance cook Recipes that looked especially easy and yummy to me included the tomato soup, the black bean soup, and the grilled zucchini tacos I borrowed this book through my Kindle Unlimited plan, so I have to return it, but I may purchase a paper copy.
