This book is amazing It is by no means a conceptually dense or a grammatically deep book it is definitely an easy read.Yet, even though it says things simply and in a straight forward manner, the implications of the statements it makes make the imagination run wild The stories and techniques allows one to open up and discover their minds without requiring one to strain their focus that typically comes when exploring the deep and subtle parts of themselves. Now, I m all about deep introspection, This book is amazing It is by no means a conceptually dense or a grammatically deep book it is definitely an easy read.Yet, even though it says things simply and in a straight forward manner, the implications of the statements it makes make the imagination run wild The stories and techniques allows one to open up and discover their minds without requiring one to strain their focus that typically comes when exploring the deep and subtle parts of themselves. Now, I m all about deep introspection, and I actually best enjoy a dense and philosophical read, but after reading this effortless book I really don t feel like I missed out on anything. It s like taking the elevator up the mountain of self discovery if all you want is the view at the top, this book is for you if you also want to experience the climb after that, you really will not have gained anything less by reading this book

When someone says that certain thing is a belief and not a fact, you know that you are hearing wise words From my point of view, there is nothing like truth to remove falsehood, but there are times in which beliefs are so integrated into the personality that removing such illusions means a threat to the person itself Surrender me, surrender this thought and you will die , that s what feels like sometimes So, any tool to grow is welcome.I really like Robert Dilts.
