A fairly decent read from a first time author to me Norah should be dead, but the grim reaper falls in love with her A totally different twist on a story Fast reading.

3.5 stars This book had a very interesting premise Imagine being destined to die on a given day, and the grim reaper assigned to guide your soul to the other side decides not to fulfill his role and saves you instead But, destiny is always around the corner, and you are continually faced by scary, not of this world things and unusual circumstances that lead you to believe that something is not quite right And so begins the story of Norah and Eli, the girl destined to die and the boy who was 3.5 stars This book had a very interesting premise Imagine being destined to die on a given day, and the grim reaper assigned to guide your soul to the other side decides not to fulfill his role and saves you instead But, destiny is always around the corner, and you are continually faced by scary, not of this world things and unusual circumstances that lead you to believe that something is not quite right And so begins the story of Norah and Eli, the girl destined to die and the boy who was the grim reaper.I loved the premise, and the writing was fluid But, around the halfway point, the story just seemed to lose its spark, and I ended up skipping large chunks trying to regain my interest Which it did near the end It even had an interesting twist that I wasn t expecting The ending was also well done.NOTE There were only a few grammatical, punctuation, and spelling errors in this book, but they still jumped out at me, and so I have to give fair warning Things like Eli and me instead of Eli and I, posses instead of possess, and doctor s instead of doctors Overall, though, the editing was much better than I expected99 on Kindle

It was an ok read I wish there was a back story on Luke I also feel like the author should have elaboratedon the Omens Like I said It was an alright read I am considering reading the next one if there is one, just to see if the story gets better I think it took me so long because of the fact that the story confused me in certain areas.
