    I believe the premise of this book that accountants can save the planet is delusional Not only is the book fool of premises that no empirical evidence is submitted to support, such as climate change, population expansion, running out of resources, etc., but the idea that integrated financial reporting is the solution to all of these issues is truly delusional At least the book recognizes that current financial reporting can t explain value creation this is nothing new , and the discussion o I believe the premise of this book that accountants can save the planet is delusional Not only is the book fool of premises that no empirical evidence is submitted to support, such as climate change, population expansion, running out of resources, etc., but the idea that integrated financial reporting is the solution to all of these issues is truly delusional At least the book recognizes that current financial reporting can t explain value creation this is nothing new , and the discussion on integrated reporting was useful, beyond that I thought this was a lot of leftist tripe
