I can relate to everything Patty wrote on being Catholic and feeling guilty about everything and having a guilt sponge I can especially relate to the Guilt Sponge doing everything like the good little Catholic you are supposed to be by listening to authorities and doing exactly what you are supposed to do with no questions asked Everything you do is to please others and never putting yourself first, if you do you, are being selfish, you are not being the good Catholic you are supposed to be I can relate to everything Patty wrote on being Catholic and feeling guilty about everything and having a guilt sponge I can especially relate to the Guilt Sponge doing everything like the good little Catholic you are supposed to be by listening to authorities and doing exactly what you are supposed to do with no questions asked Everything you do is to please others and never putting yourself first, if you do you, are being selfish, you are not being the good Catholic you are supposed to be I choose to belike what Patty explains in her book the four evers whatever, however, whenever, forever The four evers serve as a template for any prayer of surrender, no matter the cause for supplication I am quoting the book here The four evers are like a guideline to help you when you are praying for help in any given situation to guide you to understand exactly what each situation brings to us, also that we will be loved and cared for by God as we practice surrendering to His will with the four evers, I think is the best way to start with this book, you will be well on your way to connecting with God and knowing that he will give you exactly what you need for your journey in life
