Full disclosure I work for the company that published this book, though I wasn t editor I really enjoyed this book It was really interesting to see the way a writer can examine his own story and rework it for various media Though I m not a dramatist, I found it helped me understand how to better approach my own writing It s a very interesting, thought provoking read.

Enjoyed the film with Kevin Kline and Maggie Smith so was curious to read the play it was based on I enjoyed them both equally Also interesting is the essay by writer that gives an analysis of his creative process turning play into film and the challenges of both.
