The story was excellent if you like werewolf stories and witches this is the book for you The pacing of the story was good and the characters are very well developed My only critique is that this e book is 4.99, but there are multiple grammatical errors in it, not enough to make you stop reading but enough to make you question the professionalism If I am reading a book for free then I don t expect it to be perfect, but if I am paying for a book then I expect it to have either no errors or o The story was excellent if you like werewolf stories and witches this is the book for you The pacing of the story was good and the characters are very well developed My only critique is that this e book is 4.99, but there are multiple grammatical errors in it, not enough to make you stop reading but enough to make you question the professionalism If I am reading a book for free then I don t expect it to be perfect, but if I am paying for a book then I expect it to have either no errors or only 1 2 errors, not 6 or 7 Like I said, I very much enjoyed this book and it is a good read, I just wish there had been somethorough editing before it was published for sale

Awful Demeaning to women. So the first book wasn t exactly empowering, by any means, but the sequel actually managed to undo character development from the first After escaping the evil of her former pack, and finding a loving family, mate, and pack, Evelyn still manages to find a way to make herself a victim for another entire novel, only she s completely useless at helping herself this time Instead of support, everyone in Evelyn s life continually rides her for her behavior instead of notici Awful Demeaning to women. So the first book wasn t exactly empowering, by any means, but the sequel actually managed to undo character development from the first After escaping the evil of her former pack, and finding a loving family, mate, and pack, Evelyn still manages to find a way to make herself a victim for another entire novel, only she s completely useless at helping herself this time Instead of support, everyone in Evelyn s life continually rides her for her behavior instead of noticing there s something wrong By the halfway point, you just want Evelyn to die You don t hate her, it s just that every chapter is a broken record again and again and again and again Bad guy attacks, Evelyn tries to fight and fails and suffers, but staves off bad guy until he attacks, rinse and repeat You can get away with reading just the first and last three chapters or so the middle ones are actually that redundant. But what really hit the next level of misogyny was the friend whose older mate gets her pregnant because he wants to have kids and she wants to have college Because this story prioritizes men s feelings over a woman s at every turn, the high school girl impregnated by her teacher decides that she ll learn to be ok with being a mommy against her will, and she ll just do online college For fashion Yeah, that s really going to work out well The author needs to seriously take a women s studies course as well as a few writing courses before she slaps out another couple hundred pages of this drivel It reads like a middle schooler s view of relationships It s immature, poorly developed, and derivative, and quite frankly, tedious Honestly, I expected it to end with an authors note promising another book if she got a hundred reviews

Let me start by saying that this is well written and a very sweet, very lovely romance and I do really like this author But I hated that this had a very PG, pre teen and teenage, tame, feel to it So seriously disappointed after reading the author s other book Mine Which I highly recommend and has a grittier, adult, story There was none of the sexy heat I need in this As I said the story is okay and I really liked Evelyn Aiden They are well written and make the reader care for them Let me start by saying that this is well written and a very sweet, very lovely romance and I do really like this author But I hated that this had a very PG, pre teen and teenage, tame, feel to it So seriously disappointed after reading the author s other book Mine Which I highly recommend and has a grittier, adult, story There was none of the sexy heat I need in this As I said the story is okay and I really liked Evelyn Aiden They are well written and make the reader care for them It is cute and funny in parts, and it deals well with issues like bullying etc But again all that wasof a sweet romance story for a pre teen age group of readers, not grown ups like me and just doesn t suit the books Alpha werewolf and powerful witch theme Reading about Alpha Hudson in this tempted me put this down unfinished and go read Mine again Or get a different werwolf book Even her unfinished book Jaxton Pack on wattpad, is already sexier andintense and exciting than Wolfsbane, despite having only 7 chapters I hope the author publishes a grittier, sexieradult werewolf story next time Perhaps one with her character Jet, who sounds like he has a great story to tell Because I know she can write a werewolf book withbite and hotter scenes than this because she does in her book Mine But Wolfsbane is just too tame, too slow and too lacking in heat, sex and action for a werewolf story

This book definitely depicts a lot of abuse that evelyn had to endure while at the hands of a cruel pack It is graphic and I would not suggest it for those who cannot handle detailed accounts of physical, mental and even sexual abuse There is a lot of substance to this book and it was a good read Her over all mentality is a bit immature to me in some areas but considering what she has come from, it explains why she is not so sure of herself and why she folds into herself often.

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers To view it, click here In my opinion book one was better I understand this book is sort of YA fiction and the main characters are super natural teenagers I really wanted the main character to not be so dumb She is supposed to be this super powerful witch hybrid and makes a lot of stupid mistakes and it takes her a long time to figure things out I don t like how in the end she decided to minimally use her magic to fit in with the wolves and Aiden s wishes I understand her not wanting to flaunt what she can do, but In my opinion book one was better I understand this book is sort of YA fiction and the main characters are super natural teenagers I really wanted the main character to not be so dumb She is supposed to be this super powerful witch hybrid and makes a lot of stupid mistakes and it takes her a long time to figure things out I don t like how in the end she decided to minimally use her magic to fit in with the wolves and Aiden s wishes I understand her not wanting to flaunt what she can do, but she can do that and still use her witch skills like Hannah does I am also not a fan of Lucy being pregnant and mates to her teacher I think those themes in a YA novel are dangerous This whole book was filled with the characters just all being whiny and angry, but maybe that s how teenagers are in real life
