HOWEVER Yes, a very big BUT, I didn t like the implied male chauvinist angle this book took Especially at the end.I understand what the author s were trying to do here, but I really didn t like the after feeling I had in my mind Sarah is already becoming something entirely different from the person that I begrudgingly liked I didn t really like the first book in the series It was interesting to get into the mind of Carter But I think this is one of those cases where I really wish I didn t know what he was thinking in his mind It soured me on him, and made him out to be every other typical male, albeit a male that is in love with his partner and can t see how strong she is on her own.But if I had never read the Sarah Woods series, I might have liked it better Or not I don t really like stories where men portray women as weak Not that he did that to Sarah, but I felt at the end, he didn t want her to go anywhere again, or at least not be out of sight of him I m curious how Sarah is going to react to this, or if it will ever come filly to light Remember, this is MY FEELINGS This of course may not be at all what the author was trying to convey, or what others felt after reading the book.Just the same, I won t be reading anyin the series, but I am going back to Sarah Woods and finish up the books it that series.I ll take the high road on this story 3 stars, but it s with hesitation

Nice start to finish flow but a bit light on drama and suspense for my current flavor of the month CP must be a real hottie.
