Loved this book, could not put it down Read the book from page one to the end in one sitting Had to keep turning the pages This was a very interesting story, have to go buy the paperback edition of book one to understand parts of the stories beginning Not having read the first book did not hurt the story since most everything was explained in this book Deep and scary, I wonder how the world would react if this scenario actually occurred Really enjoyed the book.

After reading this, the second book in the trilogy of The Swimming Monkeys, I purchased the third book and I am currently reading it For me, it is rare to find as much excitement in the ensuing books of a series as I found in the first book There is action in abundance with dialogue that further reveals the characters personalities in a way that you may feel you are going along for the ride And what a ride it is as they are on the run which I always like to keep the story moving Chased by mo After reading this, the second book in the trilogy of The Swimming Monkeys, I purchased the third book and I am currently reading it For me, it is rare to find as much excitement in the ensuing books of a series as I found in the first book There is action in abundance with dialogue that further reveals the characters personalities in a way that you may feel you are going along for the ride And what a ride it is as they are on the run which I always like to keep the story moving Chased bythan one adversary increases the tension that is very real There is a quest to seek what is needed to keep the hybrids alive that takes them all over the map As if they didn t have enough stress, often times they find it necessary to do some backtracking that is frustrating to the characters This is not one of those novels where new characters are introduced and you find the story has become about them instead of those you have become attached to There are some but they are just there to move the story along as it should be The author knows his stuff that s for sure I enjoyed book two every bit as much as the first and now, 3 is gearing up for some pretty interesting developments I would recommend the entire series as a good adventure in entertaining reading

The saga continues I liked that the characters continue to grow and develop along with their relationships with each other The suspense of how they will survive isintense than in the first book in the series There is enough information on how technology helps them and their enemies to make it feel very real to me.Recommend this to anyone who enjoys reading fantasy with a tinge of political reality.

I am voluntarily writing a review after receiving a free ARC copy of this book.I really enjoyed reading this book it was even better than the first one There was so much suspense and action that it was hard to put down The story moved at a good pace which kept me wanting to readIt does end in a cliffhanger, but that just makes me excited to read the next book I enjoyed following many of the same characters from the first book while meeting plenty of new characters as well They fit in I am voluntarily writing a review after receiving a free ARC copy of this book.I really enjoyed reading this book it was even better than the first one There was so much suspense and action that it was hard to put down The story moved at a good pace which kept me wanting to readIt does end in a cliffhanger, but that just makes me excited to read the next book I enjoyed following many of the same characters from the first book while meeting plenty of new characters as well They fit in well with the complicated story portrayed in this book.If you enjoyed the first book, definitely give this one a try

I approached this book with trepidation I judged the book by the cover I thought Planet of the Apes meets Michael Crichton and i wasn t overly enthusiastic I won this book and felt obliged to at least try to read it.I m glad I did This was a fun book I hate violence against animals and once I realized the points of view of the author, I hung on for the ride. This is a fun book Pacing is excellent Characterization is well done The story is a bit cliched but brings a new energy to the en I approached this book with trepidation I judged the book by the cover I thought Planet of the Apes meets Michael Crichton and i wasn t overly enthusiastic I won this book and felt obliged to at least try to read it.I m glad I did This was a fun book I hate violence against animals and once I realized the points of view of the author, I hung on for the ride. This is a fun book Pacing is excellent Characterization is well done The story is a bit cliched but brings a new energy to the energized whistleblower on the run What works best is the age of the protagonist An 18 year old can get away with some of the posturing and sermonizing.I m not going to give up the plot or it will spoil it for you Let s just say the kid springs the monkeys and the monkeys are very important for a lot of reasons. This is a great summer book Kick back read it in one sitting or several You ll be glad you stuck it out
