    The Amish Firefighter is a book that you will want to read once you read the first page of this book This a story about a young girl, Abigail that is sent away from her home for what ever reason she was not given even a clue about why Abigail was planning on marry a young man, but he also didn t even tell her really good by just said, it is better this way She found herself living with a Aunt an Uncle that she didn t even know she had Miranda came into her life an was suppose to be a frien The Amish Firefighter is a book that you will want to read once you read the first page of this book This a story about a young girl, Abigail that is sent away from her home for what ever reason she was not given even a clue about why Abigail was planning on marry a young man, but he also didn t even tell her really good by just said, it is better this way She found herself living with a Aunt an Uncle that she didn t even know she had Miranda came into her life an was suppose to be a friend She came by and asked Abigail to go with her which was a very bad mistake Abigail was left at a farm an she didn t know what to do, the ones that brought her there ran out of this barn an the smell of fire reached Abilail s nose so she went in to the barn an found it on fire Not knowing what to do she went looking for water an ended up falling an the next thing she found herself being picked up by some very strong arms an people were coming to get the animals out she was pumping water for buckets an trying to help She is told to go in house an she was being called a firebug by the man that picked her up Then her life went right down for several weeks, she has many adventure over the next weeks Sammy is the man that picked her p and for some reason feels special feeling for her She ends up with a cast on her knee It is a very well written story about what can happen when you pick the wrong friends lets them get you into trouble There so many special people that come into her life an she wonders why life has put her in this way, comes to the conclusion that God doesn t love or care for her an so with Sammy who also feels that he can t forgive himself for the things he did He thinks he is in love but afraid to feel it There is so much to learn about the two of them and that all it takes is learning to trust The people in the community tries to show Abigail is a special person an to trust them an then after all the ups an down God sends a message to everyone just how good life is when you trust There is so muchthat I would like to tell you but then you would miss so much of the book get the book asap an find a quiet spot an enjoy a very good book, you will not be sorry at all You might even read it twice it is that good

    I couldn t put this book down I love Laura Hilton s books I was hoping that Laura would write about Sammy Sammy was the trouble maker in the Birdhouse I loved Sammys story It seems God still works miracles today even I laughed and I held my breath waiting to see what would happen to Abigal who was constantly getting blamed for everything that happened I think It is terrible the way her family has treated her but maybe God has led her to live with her family in Jamesport for a reason Abi I couldn t put this book down I love Laura Hilton s books I was hoping that Laura would write about Sammy Sammy was the trouble maker in the Birdhouse I loved Sammys story It seems God still works miracles today even I laughed and I held my breath waiting to see what would happen to Abigal who was constantly getting blamed for everything that happened I think It is terrible the way her family has treated her but maybe God has led her to live with her family in Jamesport for a reason Abigal isn t perfect by any means She is confused and unhappy and winds up in the wrong places at the wrong time and with the wrong crowd This is what happened to my brother in law He got mixed up in the wrong crowd Thankfully, he has finally straightened himself put We all need God He knows every hair on our head out thoughts even before we know ourselves sometimes God has many names but one I haven t seen is de herr I ve heard yaway Jehovah etc Sammy is learning to grow up and admit his mistakes through trust in God Too many times we want to do things our way instead of His will on His timing We get in a big hurry and I m definitely guilty of this and mess things up My very favorite verse is That who so ever believes in me shall have eternal life This means me too I m so very glad that Jesus loves me no matter what Whenever we turn to God in prayer sometimes He answers our prayers but not always in the way we want.I m glad that Abigal and Sammy got their answers Also on short note people don t always aplogize Whenever they do wrong to us or vise versa.Laura, you ve outdone yourself on this novel The cover is awesome Thank you for letting me read and review your book I have this book 5 stars because the story made me laugh and cry and even stunned in some places Abigal is an ok gal I kept my fingers crossed for her through the entire book

    There s absolutely no denying it Once I pick up one of Laura V Hilton s books, I cannot stop reading it until I ve read the entire thing No matter how much I tell myself, Just one chapter, it never happens, and The Amish Firefighter is definitely no exception to that rule It is a beautifully written can t put it down page turner with a perfectly woven mix of romance, mystery, humor, and inspiration.Abigail Stutzman is a young woman who has been thrust into a new place, with family members There s absolutely no denying it Once I pick up one of Laura V Hilton s books, I cannot stop reading it until I ve read the entire thing No matter how much I tell myself, Just one chapter, it never happens, and The Amish Firefighter is definitely no exception to that rule It is a beautifully written can t put it down page turner with a perfectly woven mix of romance, mystery, humor, and inspiration.Abigail Stutzman is a young woman who has been thrust into a new place, with family members she barely knows, and with no real explanation as to why This question of why nudges at her constantly, to the point of even affecting her faith There are too many unanswered questions and too many people telling her, It s not my story to tell Even though she doesn t understand everything, Abigail attempts to find her place in her new home Unfortunately she ends up befriending the wrong people and finds herself being falsely accused of setting a barn on fire, all the while claiming that she is innocent However, Sam Miller doesn t see it that way As a volunteer firefighter and EMT, Sam knows arson when he sees it And from what he sees, he thinks Abigail definitely had a hand in starting the fire No matter how much Abigail claims her innocence, Sam is bound and determined to prove that she was involved in some way As Sam takes on the task of discovering Abigail s involvement, he and Abigail find themselvesandin each other s company They discover that things aren t always what they appear to be on the surface, and this ultimately brings them to some discoveries about themselves and each other As Abigail and Sam venture through this journey, they also find out that these discoveries often involve very difficult answers which result in some very difficult, life impacting decisions, all of this while trying to discover who the real feurezeug is.Laura V Hilton has once again written a lovely story that will not only tug at your heartstrings, but will also have you doing some reflecting and discovering of your own I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review All opinions and viewpoints are my own

    I received an ARC of this book to read and give my opinion I have read other books by Laura and was thrilled to get a chance to read this book I was not disappointed as the story line was interesting, easy to follow, and very down to earth I was confused with the title, how can an Amish person be a firefighter in a traditional way you think of firefighters Sammy we find is not a traditional Amish man, but he has not yet knelt so he has a fewfreedoms Sammy is a very believable young ma I received an ARC of this book to read and give my opinion I have read other books by Laura and was thrilled to get a chance to read this book I was not disappointed as the story line was interesting, easy to follow, and very down to earth I was confused with the title, how can an Amish person be a firefighter in a traditional way you think of firefighters Sammy we find is not a traditional Amish man, but he has not yet knelt so he has a fewfreedoms Sammy is a very believable young man who is trying to figure out how to best fit into the community and what he plans to do with his life.Enter Abigail, wrong place wrong time inways than one Moving to a new community, trying to fit in, and trying to make friends.This book pulled me right in wondering about the secrets these two had and how they would work their way into the story We find their secrets aren t the only ones to worry about Goes to show anyone can and will keep secrets, but at some point they need to be brought forward This book was an easy read, we visit characters we have been briefly introduced to before but if this is your first Laura Hilton book don t worry you won t be lost I slipped away for a few minutes and next thing I know an hour had passed along with most of my book There is no reading this book slowly and trying to make it last, you finish a chapter and have to know what is going to happen next

    Talk about Sizzle Not sure 5 stars is enough for this story.This book is on fire, WOW While it is about a firefighter and acts of arson are part of the story, the fire is in the romance between the main characters Laura Hilton never disappoints with her complex stories that weave in and out of the character s lives We know these characters like family when we finish her books, and my question is always, will there beabout them The Amish Firefighter is filled with familiar characters Talk about Sizzle Not sure 5 stars is enough for this story.This book is on fire, WOW While it is about a firefighter and acts of arson are part of the story, the fire is in the romance between the main characters Laura Hilton never disappoints with her complex stories that weave in and out of the character s lives We know these characters like family when we finish her books, and my question is always, will there beabout them The Amish Firefighter is filled with familiar characters and we can read parts and bits of their continuing stories, in the back ground of this exciting book Finger pointing and whispering are about to cause years of deception to crumble Who will be left standing when the truth finally emerges Will there be hearts intact, or broken pieces left to pick up Abigal and Sammy s story make The Amish Firefighter come to life You will be vested in this story by the end, this book truly is a must read for 2016 I do want to clarify, there is sizzling romance, but this is not a book that is lewd, graphic, or nasty The Christian theme shines bright in this story, and yes Christians can have sizzling romances This book was provided for review purposes only, no payment was received for this review
