I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.I have to be honest, this book didn t grab me sadly I like books that hook me in and I have to finish them as soon as possible, and this unfortunately wasn t one of those stories. It is a typical YA story, Aleks and Yuri have played hockey together all through school, but then they get picked for different teams, and they suddenly find themselves about to be living a long way from one another.Their emotions all come gushing out I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.I have to be honest, this book didn t grab me sadly I like books that hook me in and I have to finish them as soon as possible, and this unfortunately wasn t one of those stories. It is a typical YA story, Aleks and Yuri have played hockey together all through school, but then they get picked for different teams, and they suddenly find themselves about to be living a long way from one another.Their emotions all come gushing out on their last night together, before leaving home, but neither quite knows how to deal with what happened. It takes being away from one another for a while, and space to evaluate how they feel about one another, before they can explain their feelings to one another

Hockey playing best friends get drafted to different teams and they have a last night together where emotions overflow and things get a bit muddled Confused seems to be a theme for this book Mainly MY confusion The writing is really confusing See Confusing It seems rushed and unpolished, like it s been churned out far too quickly with no real thought, depth or development It reads like a first draft It just wasn t clear what was going on and the whole Rosy thing had me reading the same Hockey playing best friends get drafted to different teams and they have a last night together where emotions overflow and things get a bit muddled Confused seems to be a theme for this book Mainly MY confusion The writing is really confusing See Confusing It seems rushed and unpolished, like it s been churned out far too quickly with no real thought, depth or development It reads like a first draft It just wasn t clear what was going on and the whole Rosy thing had me reading the same few lines over and over again trying to work out what the hell was going on Also for some reason I had trouble separating Aleks and Yuri and often couldn t work out which one was which and who s was we were in It didn t make for a wonderful reading experience
