Awesome little story..For such a small novella this was a really good read Rachael s inner dialogue was hysterical sometimes and I just loved how Connor fought every step of the way against having any feelings for her His mother, Lilith, was a little bit of a witch, but she turned out to be a really nice person, but his ex fianc thought so much of herself that she should be forgiven for anything she did to hurt Connor I hate women like that I liked his servant Mantef, too He spoke his mind Awesome little story..For such a small novella this was a really good read Rachael s inner dialogue was hysterical sometimes and I just loved how Connor fought every step of the way against having any feelings for her His mother, Lilith, was a little bit of a witch, but she turned out to be a really nice person, but his ex fianc thought so much of herself that she should be forgiven for anything she did to hurt Connor I hate women like that I liked his servant Mantef, too He spoke his mind to Connor, no matter that Connor was a Duke This was just a great little story and I enjoyed every word of it There was some heaving petting going on but no sex at all Which I don t mind If there s sexual tension through the entire book I m good with no sex I just hate when there s no thoughts at all about sex then BAM we have a sex scene If nothing leads up to the sex then the sex isn t worth having IMO.

ShortIt is a short story It could have been such a wonderful novel with what the basic theme was, but it was told in broad brush strokes instead of fine details Extremely disappointing.
