Pretty good The author has a nice turn of phrase and the writing style is lively and interesting.A few quibbles There s too much description everyone s hair and clothes is described in fine detail, and very frequently I d be exaggerating if I said we got a minute by minute update on the state of the heroine s bangs , but not by much Sometimes the unnecessary detail got in the way and held back the story.I found it hard to believe that the rehab folk could be so unpleasant Lying snake , mo Pretty good The author has a nice turn of phrase and the writing style is lively and interesting.A few quibbles There s too much description everyone s hair and clothes is described in fine detail, and very frequently I d be exaggerating if I said we got a minute by minute update on the state of the heroine s bangs , but not by much Sometimes the unnecessary detail got in the way and held back the story.I found it hard to believe that the rehab folk could be so unpleasant Lying snake , moi but, then again, I was suitably outraged on the heroine s behalf, so all the right buttons were pushed. There are a few typos, and though the story is written in the First Person it mysteriously slips into Third on at least four occasions We also have an extra chapter 38 for some reason.Plot wise my main disappointment was that an unfortunate event is never really pondered on or thought through by the heroine I felt that any normal person would have done so and this would quickly have led them to narrowing down a list of suspects.Having said that I found it an enjoyable read from a talented writer

This was an interesting story only blighted by error upon error which made it really hard going when it needn t have been Mostly apostrophe mistakes repeated time and again Such lack of editing makes me wonder why I persisted but it had an interesting background It was about a group of recovering alcoholics and I don t remember reading a book set in these circumstances before and that alone opened up a whole new world to me of meetings and sponsors Members of one meeting group are being murd This was an interesting story only blighted by error upon error which made it really hard going when it needn t have been Mostly apostrophe mistakes repeated time and again Such lack of editing makes me wonder why I persisted but it had an interesting background It was about a group of recovering alcoholics and I don t remember reading a book set in these circumstances before and that alone opened up a whole new world to me of meetings and sponsors Members of one meeting group are being murdered but Cassie who realises this is accused of just being paranoid.I would look forby this author based on this one but not based on the woeful amount of mistakes
